In summary,
1. I have the right to refuse commissions if I am uncomfortable with the project or believe it is not within my capabilities.2. The process of the commission will be as follows; Discussion of Commission, Approval of Initial Sketch, Creation of Initial Sketch, Payment of Project, Completion of Artwork, Minor Revisions, then Delivery of the Product. Major revisions are allowed during the creation of the initial sketch. Any major revisions after approval may incur a fee.3. Payment plans can be discussed if full payment is not viable for you.4. Please be aware that the commission will take a couple weeks and may take up to several months at worst to complete. I do art on the side and have many IRL factors which may slow me down. These will always be communicated to you.5. I have the right to refund or cancel the commission at any time. You the right to request a refund if there has been no progress for two consecutive months. Refunds may be full or partial depending on how much progress has been made on the artwork.6. As this is a digital product, the final artwork will be delivered through email.7. By default, commissions are for personal use. Commercial use can be discussed for a higher price.8. The customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.9. The artist holds every right to the produced drawing/artwork, not the commissioner. However, we can discuss if you would like your commission to not be posted.10. DO NOT use my artwork for AI generated artwork, database models/training, blockchains, and/or NFTs.
